WHAT IS STUDIO HEXE?
Studio Hexe is a resin accessory, jewelry, and dice shop. Owned and operated by 2 queer artist creators in their home. Check out our “About Us” page for more info on the artists.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Epoxy and Jewelry Resin, with the occasional experiment of other types of resin. Pigments, inks, and powders for colors. Glitters and other various inclusions for sparkles and ~aesthetics~. Specific information is stated on each product, especially if a piece is unique.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR DICE USUALLY COST?
Prices vary depending on complexity and materials, but they will range from $45-110 per set. The price range is wide due to different material costs and the varying amount of physical labor and time that goes into each set. Some sets are a single pour, some are multiple pours, and so on.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
Studio Hexe does not offer refunds or returns but does offer item exchange and case-by-case replacement. If your item was damaged during shipping or has other external damages not stated in the original item listing, please email or message us to arrange the exchange.
WILL YOU DO ANY PREORDERS? For now, no. We may do some in the future depending on the shop’s success and workload balance.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. However, due to COVID-19, not all countries will be available and there will be significant delays for the ones that are. If you have any specific shipping questions, please send us an email or a message on social media.
WHEN WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Studio Hexe is a home-run operation with only 2 artists in the shop, so it does take a while to stock up on some products. There will be updates posted on social media and this shop whenever new things are coming.
WILL YOU BE SELLING ONES WITH DEFECTS?
Sets with flaws will be marked “FLAWED” without a grade, as quality grading is subjective. Pictures will be included in the listing, Flaws will be pointed out in description and photos, so customers can grade and decide on their own accord if it’s worth purchasing a “FLAWED” set.
ARE THE DICE BALANCED?
They are not officially balanced but they are balanced enough for casual games and collecting. Dice with minimal effects and inclusions will be more balanced, whereas dice with heavy glitter and large inclusions are more likely to be not perfectly balanced.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
On a case-by-case basis! Please send us an email with a detailed proposal (bullet points are preferred over paragraphs), and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If we haven’t responded within a week, please contact us again to ensure your message was received.
WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
Studio Hexe is an online store and does not have a physical retail space, but we will update our social media with events like conventions or pop-ups when COVID-19 becomes less dangerous and pandemic lifts enough for public events to be safe.
